Fifteenth Chapter

yo māmevamasammūḍho jānāti puruṣottamam

sa sarvavidbhajati māṁ sarvabhāvena bhārata

O Bharata (Arjuna), he, who freed from delusion knows Me thus as Purusottam (Supreme Person), all knowing; worships Me with all his heart.

Mind is attracted to something special due to attachment and the intellect is
attracted due to deep faith. When a person knows God to be beyond Ksara then his mind is detached from Ksara and gets attached to God. When he knows God to be superior than Aksara, then his intellect is engaged in God, then by all his thoughts and actions he is naturally worshiping God. The reason is that he does not see anything else besides God.

In the Gītā, the expression 'sarvavit' (knower of all) has been used only for the devotee. A devotee knows the entire  (Samagra) form of God i.e., both 'Laukik' (the worldly) and 'Alaukik' (the unworldly or Divine)— therefore he is 'Sarvavit'. Within the 'Laukik', the 'Alaukik' cannot be contained but within the 'Alaukik' the 'Laukik', is also included. Therefore, the "brahmagyaani" knower of 'Nirguna Tatva' (Attribute-less God, Aksara or Imperishable) is not knower of all,  rather the devotee who knows the entire form of God, is a 'Sarvavit'
